💰 Billing

The Vault membership is an annual subscription ($10/year) that can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. One-time purchases for recipes and sessions are processed instantly.

Prices are shown in USD and automatically converted to your local currency at checkout.

📥 Success

Digital assets are unlocked immediately upon successful payment. Vault access opens instantly for the next 12 months, and one-time purchases appear on the relevant recipe page right away.

🔄 Refund Policy

  • Free content: No payment involved, so no refund applicable
  • One-time access & assets: All content and materials are digital and available immediately after payment, so we do not offer refunds once access is granted. However, if you experience technical issues or do not receive what you paid for, contact us immediately and we will fix it or refund you in full.
  • 1-1 support: If you book a session but cannot attend, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before — no refunds for missed sessions without notice.

❓ Payment Problems?

If your payment is deducted but you don't get access, or if you have any other payment issue:

  1. Keep your payment receipt or reference number safe
  2. Contact us immediately with your details and reference
  3. We will resolve it and restore access or process a refund within 24 hours
